The Management believes that the Business Organisation and Management model prescribed by the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard is the appropriate strategic tool for governing and ensuring the right growth and development of the Company.
The aims or objectives of the quality management system are to:
- Creating value through the prevention and mitigation of potential risks and the establishment of effective rules for process management
- Ensuring compliance of the service provided through the implementation of a shared and effective system of rules for service delivery.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the Management undertakes to:

- define measurable service objectives for monitoring the progress of non-quality of service
- define measurable process objectives for monitoring the effectiveness of process management
- define measurable objectives relating to customer, employee, staff and management satisfaction
- define strategic objectives to ensure management control of governance and company performance
- implement improvement plans to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities identified during context assessment and stakeholder analysis
- apply the requirements set forth in applicable and binding laws and regulations
- determine what impact the organisation has on climate change issues. In this regard, in the document Context and Stakeholder Analysis, we express how we can contribute to mitigating this phenomenon by involving all internal and external stakeholders.
